Skin needling (aka collagen induction therapy) is a natural way to induce collagen and elastin production for all skin types. Our state-of-the-art cosmetic micro-needling device will encourage cell renewal and repair damaged skin caused by scarring, pigment or ageing skin. Multiple treatments over a period will help to strengthen the epidermis leaving you with improved skin texture and tone. As the needles on the cosmetic micro-needling device can be adjusted to reach varied depths, skin needling is safe and an effective treatment for all parts of the body. Our treatments can be tailored to suit your individual needs and skin goals. Skin needling can be customised to treat all skin tones from fair to dark. Our highly qualified skin therapist uses a micro-needling pen that contains ultra-fine needles. When the pen passes over the skin, the needles create micro wounds in the skin to trigger a natural healing response. Using a cosmetic micro-needling device allows us more control in those hard to reach areas like under the eye, nose and around the lips. Prior to treatment, our skin therapist will conduct a thorough skin scan to analyse your skins condition. A treatment plan will then be created to suit your needs and help you reach your skin goals. Each skin needling treatment will take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. Post treatment, you can expect some redness and your skin may feel slightly tight or sensitive. This will typically subside within 24 hours. After approximately 3-5 days post treatment, you may experience some mild shedding of the skin. This is a completely normal response which may last anywhere between 2-3 days. Most people see an immediate result 7 days post treatment, however optimal results are achieved up to 3 months post treatment. Our skin needling treatment also has the benefit of an add on infusion in order to enhance your results. Micro-Needling Infusion Treatments infuse potent serums into the skin to boost and treat specific skin concerns.
